About Our Neighborhoods

Choctaw Village is a cozy neighborhood of two and three story cottages and mountain homes located near the Clubhouse and golf courses.  All homes are Earth Craft ™ certified, which signifies the use of environmentally friendly building materials and exceptionally efficient heating/cooling systems.  There are meandering sidewalks and park settings with a walking trail that circles most of the neighborhood.

High Gap neighborhood gives residents some of the most beautiful and serene mountain views that Big Canoe has to offer.  Generously sized home sites, ranging from one to three acres, lush with sturdy hardwood trees, ensure added privacy and plenty of room to customize your home.  Big Canoe Company’s design team has compiled a set of architectural guidelines for this neighborhood that will protect and promote long term quality and values.

The Bluffs at Ridgeview offer elevations as high as 2,200 feet and some of the best long range views in Big Canoe.  This is a Natural Element Home ™ Community and builders are asked to use the styles and materials of Adirondack, Appalachian, Craftsman and Western Log and Timber homes.  Home sites are estate sized from 1.5 to 2+ acres.  The Bluffs also hosted the 2009 Atlanta Magazine Dream Home and a 2008 Southern Living ™ Plan of the Month Home.  We will have our Art Show from October 23rd to November 2, 2014 in one of our FOUR brand new homes.  Come See Us!
